Are you a seasoned data expert with a passion for designing secure, scalable, and strategic data architecture? We’re looking for an Enterprise Data Architect to join our team and lead the charge in modernizing and optimizing our data landscape.

About the Role

As an Enterprise Data Architect, you will shape the future of our data infrastructure by:

Strategic Roadmaps: Defining and evolving company-wide data architecture and supporting strategies.

Performance & Security: Ensuring all data solutions are secure, high-performing, and based on reusable design patterns.

Best Practices: Developing and sharing methodologies for data discovery, change management, and deployment.

Data Standards: Researching and promoting data governance, MDM practices, and architectural consistency.

Cross-Team Collaboration: Working with engineering, security, product, and business teams to align data capabilities with strategic goals.

Architectural Design: Leading the design of scalable data integration and end-to-end data solutions.

Technology Evaluation: Making build vs. buy decisions to optimize value and agility.

Continuous Improvement: Monitoring system performance and recommending process enhancements.

Mentoring: Providing leadership, guidance, and mentoring to data and engineering teams.

Innovation: Staying on the cutting edge of emerging data technologies and industry trends.

What You Bring

15+ years of experience in data architecture and enterprise-grade data solutions

Deep expertise in Azure, Databricks, PowerBI and MDM platforms

Strong grasp of data governance, metadata management, and security best practices

Proven ability to define data standards and enforce architectural frameworks

Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and leadership skills
