About the Role

Growth Data Scientists work at the intersection of product analytics, experimentation, and candidate go-to-market strategy. You will be responsible for uncovering the highest-leverage levers that accelerate user acquisition, activation, engagement, and revenue; and work with Engineering, Product, and GTM teams to turn those insights into compounding growth.

As a Growth Data Scientist, you will

Own growth analytics end to end: design tracking plans, verify event quality, keep data accurate and organized in the warehouse

Build predictive and causal models to uncover opportunities from channel ROI to cohort retention

Run A/B tests with the Platform Engineering team to turn hypotheses into wins

Translate insights into self-serve dashboards and concise briefs that guide every team’s decisions.

The long term goal is to strengthen network effects and match top talent with companies faster and more profitably.

What Are We Looking For?

Willingness to work 6 days a week

Previous founding or startup experience or top-tier tech company experience..

Fluency in SQL and Python

Experience querying for SQL (MySQL, Snowflake) and NoSQL (MongoDB) data stores, Airflow or similar orchestration ETL tools

You are familiar with statistical methods such as regression and Difference-in-differences. You should also be comfortable with marketing automation, PLG funnels, programmatic SEO and lifestyle messaging.

You should be able to turn complex analyses into crisp narratives and be able to communicate well with leadership.

Compensation

Base cash comp from $130K-$250K
