Our client has an opening for an RPA Developer. This position will support their federal client. The right candidate will have at least three years of RPA development using UiPath and Power Automate. This position requires a DoD Secret Clearance or higher. This role is remote.

Desired Skills and Experience:

Bachelor’s Degree;

DoD Secret Clearance;

3-6 years as an RPA Developer;

UiPath Certification or Microsoft Power Automate RPA Developer Certification;

Experience in identifying processes that could be automated and then writing, testing, and implementing those automation scripts;

Outstanding organizational skills, time management, and attention to detail;

Must have great communications skills, both verbal and written.

Responsibilities:

Collaborate with business analysts to assess existing processes and identify areas suitable for automation;

Write, test, and implement automation scripts using UiPath or Power Automate to execute predefined tasks;

Maintain detailed documentation (PDD, SDD) of automation processes for team members to understand;

Regularly assess and enhance existing automation processes to optimize efficiency;

Provide training and support to end-users and other team members, ensuring a smooth transition to automated processes.Company Description
