YOUR NEW ROLE AS OUR PROCUREMENT MANAGER

This is a full-time supply chain management position, Monday through Friday, 8 AM to 5 PM, with a hybrid remote/in-office work schedule-you'll work 2 days per week in the office and the rest remotely.

As our Procurement Manager, you will handle strategic sourcing, supplier negotiations, inventory optimization, and cross-functional collaboration. Your responsibilities will include managing raw material purchasing, freight logistics, and ensuring efficient production. You'll track key metrics, maintain ERP data, and work closely with various teams to align procurement with business goals while identifying cost-saving opportunities and ensuring top-tier supplier performance.

REQUIREMENTS

Bachelor's degree in supply chain management, business administration, procurement, or a related field

5+ years of progressive experience in procurement or purchasing management, preferably within the CPG manufacturing industry

Proven expertise in strategic sourcing, vendor management, and cost-saving negotiations

Strong understanding of inventory control principles and best practices

Experience with ERP systems for procurement and inventory management

Solid understanding of purchase order processes, material receiving, and inventory control principles

Experience in coordinating and scheduling freight (TL, LTL) with a basic understanding of market rates

Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions

Strong communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills, with the ability to build and maintain effective supplier relationships.

Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced manufacturing environment

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel

Proficiency with NetSuite is highly preferred for this hybrid position.
