Job Summary

VivSoft is seeking a highly skilled Cybersecurity Engineer to provide mission-critical security and compliance support for the Air Force program. This role will ensure the security and readiness of U.S. Air Force enterprise applications that support mobilization and deployment. The successful candidate will possess extensive experience in DoD cybersecurity practices, including RMF, STIG implementation, and Zero-Trust architecture, with a strong understanding of both NIPR and SIPR environments.

Key Responsibilities:

Execute DISA STIG hardening procedures and maintain compliance across TIMES applications.

Develop and maintain Risk Management Framework (RMF) documentation and OSCAL accreditation artifacts.

Enforce Zero-Trust architecture policies and procedures in application environments.

Support the sustainment of continuous Authorization to Operate (cATO) for TIMES applications.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to maintain the security posture of mission-critical systems.

Work closely with program oversight leadership to align security strategies with operational objectives.

Provide input on system enhancements and participate in independent quality reviews and audits.

Rapidly respond to evolving security requirements and mission needs with minimal disruption.

Participate in strategic planning and risk management efforts with executive leadership.

Skills and Qualifications

Active TS/SCI security clearance.

In-depth knowledge of NIPR/SIPR environments and DoD cybersecurity standards.

Proven experience with DISA STIGs, RMF processes, and OSCAL documentation.

Familiarity with Zero-Trust architecture and its enforcement in enterprise systems.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.

Excellent communication and documentation abilities.

Ability to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment with evolving mission requirements.
