Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
Collaborate with Product Owners, Quality Engineering, and Engineering teams to help deliver and validate POS features.
Assist in collecting and documenting business and functional requirements for POS systems.
Convert requirements into User Stories, Screen Designs, Workflows, and Test Cases.
Create detailed documentation of test scenarios for User Acceptance Testing (UAT)
Execute UAT test to validate system functionality, focusing on business scenarios, retail workflows, and real-world test cases.
Identify, document, and prioritize defects or system gaps found during UAT
Track issues in JIRA and collaborate with development teams for timely resolution.
Retest resolved defects to confirm fixes meet acceptance criteria.
Provide detailed reports summarizing UAT findings and offer feedback for continuous improvement.
Qualifications & Skills:
Basic understanding of retail technology workflows, including Customer Engagement, Omni-Channel, and Inventory Management.
Strong attention to detail and ability to think from a user’s perspective.
Self-starter with the ability to learn quickly and work both independently and as part of a team.
Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
Experience using JIRA or similar defect-tracking tools is a plus.
