We are looking for a dynamic Business Process Automation/PowerPlatform Developer to join our team! The ideal candidate will have experience creating automated business processes using Microsoft Power Automate, building dashboards using Microsoft Power BI, and building internal low-code apps using Microsoft Power Apps. This position involves performing business process discovery, documenting the “as is” process from the process owners and converting the actions into automated workflows. More complex workflows will need to be built in Power Apps to tie the various flows together. Additional activities include creating business intelligence dashboards from various datasets to include Microsoft Dynamics 365 (accounting module), Microsoft Excel spreadsheets, and SharePoint lists. Success is measured through organizational efficiencies gained by reducing manual methods and increasing access to accurate and actionable information. Responsibilities:

Capture business process flows using Microsoft Visio from process owners

Creating automation routines using Power Automate that accurately reflect the process captured and approved by the process owner

Creating automation production schedules for process intake, automation development, and target production dates

Develop test cases to verify process outcomes

Conducting training for other organization members who would like to create automation workflows on their own

Publish success stories at the quarterly town hall events

Coordinate the priority of development with the organization's CTO

Support contract activities, as needed, to provide dashboarding and automation solutions

Functions as an in-house expert for Power BI data and visualization-related activities and low-code programmingRequirements:

U.S. Citizenship is required for this position in order to meet eligibility for a National Agency Check (NAC) with no negative findings

Bachelors Degree in an IT-related field reqired

2+ years of relevant work experience utilizing Microsoft Flow/Power Automate, Power BI, and Power BI Report Builder

Some experience with Power Apps and Power Query

Required (Must Have) Skills:

Microsoft Power Platform certification (or within 90 days of employment)

Excellent oral and written communication skills with the ability to handle multiple tasking and deadlines

Requires strong analytical, conceptual, and problem-solving abilities

Proven knowledge of data visualization best practices and ability to tell a clear story to support data-driven decision-making

Ability to develop and lead working groups comprised of multiple agencies and senior-level individuals to achieve common goals

Office 365 service management experience to understand SharePoint, OneDrive, Microsoft Teams architectures for development

Python/.Net/C# expertise for calculating variables and formatting data within the Microsoft Power Platform

Strong time management skills and commitment to maintaining a reliable production schedule to meet commitment dates

Desired Skills:

Possess the ability to create model-driven apps leveraging Microsoft Dataverse

Microsoft Power BI Report Builder skills and experience

Microsoft SQL Server Reporting experience

Ability to connect to API data feeds

CATHEXIS offers competitive compensation packages to all eligible employees. Our goal is to provide a compensation package that reflects the value you bring to our team, is competitive with market rates, and promotes your financial security and personal well-being. The annual salary range for this role is $85,000 - $100,000. Please note that the salary information provided is a general guideline.
