SAP S/4 HANA Record to Report Functional Analyst

Lighthouse Technology Services is partnering with our client to fill their SAP S/4 HANA Record to Report Functional Analyst position! This is a 6+ month contract opportunity with potential extensions and will be hybrid in Charlotte, NC (onsite Tuesday through Thursday). This role will be a W2 employee of Lighthouse Technology Services.

What You'll Be Doing:

Collaborate with business team members and the user community to assess and define business and technical requirements.

Provide impact and solution option assessments to deliver efficient and workable technical/business solutions.

Assist with SAP module configuration and other related application areas.

Define and support testing strategy to ensure system functionality, accuracy, and quality.

Develop high-quality documentation, including operational, procedural, technical design, and process flows.

Identify and resolve potential problems proactively and implement process improvements.

Support critical business applications and operations as needed.

What You'll Need to Have:

Bachelor s degree in a technology-related field.

3+ years of experience implementing SAP Record to Report (R2R) functionality; S/4 HANA experience preferred.

Solid understanding of FI/GL/AR/AP and how they integrate with SAP C2C and P2P modules.

Ability to manage competing priorities in a high-paced environment.

Strong planning, organizational, and analytical capabilities.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

A service-driven, collaborative mindset and strong relationship-building skills.

Ability to meet tight deadlines and thrive under pressure.

Self-motivated team player.

Preferred Qualifications:

SAP IS-Retail experience

Vertex experience

Experience with 2 or more of the R2R-C2C-P2P modules

Previous experience with Condition Contracts

Pay Range: $50-$55/hr +
