CNC Machinist

Integrated Talent Strategies (ITS) is seeking a CNC Machinist to work in the Columbus, OH area. This is a direct hire position that offers a variety of great benefits, including health insurance, 401(k), and paid time off.

Job Duties:

Program, run, and monitor CNC machines.

Read blueprints and perform set-ups.

Review sample parts against drawings or CAD models.

Make fixtures on manual machinery.

Set up machines, write and test programs, and adjust as needed.

Create programming instructions for all the parts they manufacture.

Troubleshoot machinery when there is a process issue.

Produce parts with hand tools and machines to exact specifications.

Complete finishing operations and quality inspections for our products.

Follow all company safety policies and practices. Requirements:

Experience with mills, lathes, or other machine shop equipment.

Strong mechanical aptitude, a motivated self-starter, and be able to work independently.

Ability to use inspection equipment, such as micrometers and calipers.

Ability to read and understand blueprints is a plus.

Strong attention to detail and quality.

A collaborative mindset with a strong desire to contribute to a close-knit team of highly respected expert machinists.

Clear and confident communicator who works well with others and keeps things running smoothly on the shop floor.

Strong math and computer skills.

High school diploma or equivalent preferred.

Must be at least 18 years of age.
