Integra is currently seeking a friendly and professional Apartment Bilingual Receptionist to join our team. The Receptionist will serve as the first point of contact for residents, visitors, and vendors, providing exceptional customer service and administrative support.
Responsibilities:
Front Desk Operations: Greet residents, visitors, and vendors in a welcoming and professional manner, directing them to the appropriate person or department.
Phone and Email Communication: Answer and direct phone calls and emails promptly and courteously, providing information and assistance as needed.
Resident Services: Assist residents with inquiries, work orders, and package deliveries, ensuring timely and satisfactory resolution.
Leasing Support: Provide administrative support to the leasing team, including scheduling appointments, giving property tours, and processing lease applications.
Administrative Tasks: Perform general office duties such as data entry, filing, copying, and scanning documents.
Mail and Package Handling: Receive, sort, and distribute incoming mail and packages to residents and staff.
Maintenance Coordination: Receive and log maintenance requests from residents, create work orders, and communicate with maintenance staff to ensure timely resolution.
Safety and Security: Monitor security cameras, access control systems, and visitor logs to ensure the safety and security of the property.
Vendor Management: Coordinate with vendors and contractors for property maintenance, repairs, and services as needed. Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred.
Previous experience in customer service, administrative support, or receptionist role preferred.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a courteous and professional demeanor.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and ability to learn property management software.
Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Familiarity with basic office equipment such as phones, copiers, and printers.
Positive attitude and willingness to assist residents and team members.
Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and evenings as needed.
