Maintenance Supervisor – 3rd Shift
Salary $90,000–$100,000 + Bonus + Excellent Benefits in the Midwest

A growing food manufacturing company is seeking an experienced Maintenance Supervisor to lead and support 3rd shift maintenance operations, ensuring all equipment and facilities are operating at peak efficiency. This leadership role requires strong technical expertise, the ability to troubleshoot and prioritize tasks, and excellent communication skills to effectively manage a team and drive continuous improvement. Previous experience in food, beverage, or pharmaceutical manufacturing preferred.
Key responsibilities for this 3RD Shift Maintenance Supervisor:
• Oversee and execute the preventive maintenance program.
• Maintain and repair production equipment and facility systems.
• Manage maintenance inventory and ensure availability of critical parts and supplies.
• Provide technical guidance and hands-on support for:
o PLCs, pumps, valves, welding, and conveyor systems
o Boiler operations and maintenance
o Ammonia refrigeration systems and electrical troubleshooting
• Support Lean initiatives and continuous improvement efforts.
Minimum requirements for this 3RD Shift Maintenance Supervisor’s position:
• High school diploma or technical degree required and 3 years of supervisory or lead experience
• At least 5 years of maintenance experience (instead of a technical degree)
• Willingness to work 3rd shift
• Excellent working knowledge & skills with the above equipment in a manufacturing plant.
