Now Hiring: CNC Machinist – 1st Shift Vista, CA

Shift: Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM

Pay: $25–$30/hour (based on experience)

What You’ll Do:

Set up machines on your own—no hand-holding here

Review blueprints and specs to choose the right tools, speeds, and feeds

Run parts start to finish and ensure they meet quality standards

Handle in-process inspections and keep accurate records

Collaborate with engineers and programmers to fine-tune performance

Suggest improvements to reduce variation and boost efficiency

Keep things organized with visual management systems

Pitch in with other tasks as needed

What You Bring to the Table:

U.S. Person status (required for export compliance)

High School Diploma or GED

1+ year of experience using MasterCam

Hands-on experience with 3 & 5 axis HAAS machines

Comfortable machining aluminum and carbon fiber

Solid understanding of machine offsets and tool clearances

Skilled at using indicators, gauges, and plate inspection tools

Able to read blueprints and hit quality targets

Comfortable using MS Office and Adobe Acrobat

Strong communication skills and team-player attitude

Able to work on your feet in a noisy environment

Available for overtime and weekend shifts when needed
