Procurement Senior Supervisor

About the company: Our client, a Japanese electronics company is seeking a Procurement Senior Supervisor to join their team.

Position: Procurement Senior Supervisor

Location: Cheung Sha Wan

Working days: Mon- Fri, 9:00-18:00

Salary: Negotiable

Job Responsibilities:

Work closely with suppliers in Southeast Asia and China to establish solid, long-term OEM relationships

Lead cost analysis initiatives to drive efficiency while ensuring premium product quality

Participate in the full product development process, including reviewing samples, validating technical specifications, refining product formulations, and improving production processes

Negotiate contracts and pricing terms to ensure both cost-effectiveness and high quality

Travel occasionally to countries such as China, Japan, Thailand, Taiwan, Korea, India, and Vietnam to liaise with suppliers and oversee development activities

Job Requirements:

Hold a Bachelors degree or above

At least 3 years experience in procurement; exposure to the OEM/ODM industry and automotive parts industry is a big plus.

Fluent in both English, Chinese and Japanese (JLPT N2 or above)

Possess excellent communication and coordination skills

Proficient with Microsoft Office tools
