Main Responsibilities
Sales Strategy & Execution: Develop and implement strategic sales plans to accelerate revenue growth and expand market share across retail and online channels.
Team Leadership: Build, mentor, and inspire a high-performing sales team, fostering a culture of achievement and collaboration.
Channel Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities in modern trade, traditional retail, e-commerce, and specialty outlets.
Key Account Management: Cultivate strong relationships with key distributors, retailers, and partners to maximize product visibility and sales.
Market Analysis: Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and consumer preferences to inform sales tactics and product positioning.
Performance Monitoring: Set ambitious targets, monitor sales performance, and drive accountability for results.
Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, production, and product development teams to ensure seamless execution of campaigns and launches.
Customer Experience: Champion exceptional customer service and ensure the brands reputation for quality is upheld at every touchpoint.
Reporting: Provide regular sales forecasts, pipeline updates, and actionable insights to the executive team.
Qualification
Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (Masters degree is a plus)
Minimum 10 years experience in sales leadership roles, preferably in FMCG, food & beverage, or premium consumer goods
Proven track record of driving sales growth and building successful teams
Strong network within retail and distribution channels in Indonesia
Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills
Data-driven mindset with strong analytical and strategic thinking abilities
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM systems
Passion for premium food products and a customer-centric approach
