Responsibilities
Manage all financial aspects of the clinic, including budgeting, financial planning, and cost management to ensure optimal resource allocation
Prepare accurate monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and reports for management review
Develop, implement, and monitor departmental budgets, providing financial insights to support decision-making
Identify cost-saving opportunities without compromising service quality, conduct financial analysis, and track key performance indicators (KPIs)
Ensure smooth cash flow for clinic operations, including managing accounts payable, accounts receivable, and cash management
Maintain compliance with financial regulations and clinic policies, coordinate audits, and implement corrective actions as necessary
Identify potential financial risks and create strategies to mitigate them, ensuring the clinics financial stability
Lead, mentor, and develop finance team members to ensure effective performance and adherence to clinic standards
Requirements
Bachelors degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field; professional certification (CPA, CFA, or equivalent) is a plus
Minimum of 5 years of finance management experience, preferably in healthcare, clinics, or service-oriented industries
Proficiency in financial management software, accounting systems, and Excel for data analysis and reporting
Knowledge of healthcare finance regulations and industry standards
Strong analytical skills to interpret financial data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions
Excellent leadership and communication skills for collaboration with cross-functional teams
High attention to detail with a commitment to accuracy and timeliness in financial reporting
