Business Representative - Bandung

We're looking for a results-driven Business Representative to join our team, with a focus on OTC pharmaceuticals, FMCG. In this role, you'll play a key part in expanding our distribution reach, building strong outlet relationships, and supporting the promotion of trending products through both conventional and digital channels.

What you'll be doing:

Manage and grow outlet relationships within the assigned sales territory.

Execute sales strategies to meet monthly and quarterly sales targets.

Monitor and report on market trends, especially those related to viral products and digital marketing.

Collaborate with marketing teams to support promotional campaigns, both offline and online.

Ensure timely distribution and availability of products at key outlets.

Provide feedback from the field to help improve product positioning and outreach strategies.

What we're looking for:

Minimum of a high school diploma (SMA/SMK or equivalent).

At least 1 year of experience in sales or distribution, preferably in OTC pharma, FMCG, or beauty industry.

Strong familiarity with the assigned area and an existing network of retail outlets.

Understanding of digital marketing and viral product trends.

A valid SIM A (driver's license).

Self-motivated, target-oriented, and comfortable working independently in the field.
