Key Responsibilities:
Coordinate the daily fulfillment flow from the central kitchen to the packing team and then to delivery drivers.
Supervise the packing line and ensure meals are prepared, labeled, and routed correctly based on subscription lists.
Organize driver dispatch by region and ensure all routes are clearly defined and signed off.
Follow up on daily deliveries and handle any operational disruptions or delivery errors.
Collect and analyze end-of-day reports from drivers (delivery performance, returns, delays).
Document operational gaps or recurrent issues and propose practical improvements.
Ensure hygiene and quality control within the packing and dispatch area.
Prepare a concise daily operations report covering key metrics and incidents.
Train new drivers on company procedures and delivery protocols.
Collaborate with other support teams when logistics or material issues arise.
Qualifications:
Minimum of 3 years of experience in food delivery operations, fulfillment, or logistics (preferably in subscription-based or central kitchen environments).
Strong organizational skills with the ability to work under pressure and across teams.
Comfortable using Excel or Google Sheets for tracking daily data.
Flexible and field-oriented, with the ability to coordinate on the ground.
Preferred age range: 27 - 35 years old.
Male candidates preferred due to field coordination requirements.
