Your Responsibilities:

Handle high-volume inbound calls with professionalism and efficiency.

Schedule and coordinate field technicians appointments.

Provide outstanding customer service, ensuring follow-ups and issue resolution.

Multi-task effectively, managing multiple service requests daily.

What We're Looking For:

Strong customer service skills A client-focused approach is a must!

Detail-oriented & organized Able to manage schedules and operations seamlessly.

Tech-savvy Comfortable using automated scheduling systems.

Proactive & solution-driven A team player with a problem-solving mindset.

Work Schedule:

High Season (March Nov): Mon Fri 8:30 AM 5:30 PM

Low Season (Dec Feb): Mon Fri 8:30 AM 4:00 PM

Compensation & Perks:

Salary: $800 to $1,000/month (based on experience).

Transportation allowance provided.

Medical insurance after 1 year.

Life insurance after 1 year.
