Senior Program Finance Manager Job Category: Finance and Accounting Time Type: Full time Minimum Clearance Required to Start: None Employee Type: Regular Percentage of Travel Required: Up to 10% Type of Travel: Continental US * * * The Opportunity: CACI is currently looking for an experienced Senior Program Finance Manager to join our Enterprise IT Finance team.

We're looking for a sharp, proactive Senior Program Finance Manager for CACI's Expertise finance pillar.

You will be responsible for a team of program finance staff who support Expertise programs.

This position will serve as the business partner to operations leaders and will be responsible for supporting the leadership team.

Responsibilities: * Budgeting, AOP, LRP, and FP&A activities for a portfolio of programs.

* Responsible for ensuring timely customer invoices and cash collections.

* Risk and Opportunity management.

* Development and coaching of the program finance team in capabilities specific to the successful and profitable execution of programs.

* Effective budgeting techniques and performance management against baselines.

* Ensure all EAC's are consistent with CACI's policies and procedures.

* Compile, analyze, interpret, and report on complex financial data.

* Prepare financial models to support business planning exercises.

* Perform ad hoc financial analysis as required.

Qualifications: Required: * Minimum 10 years relevant finance experience.

* Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration or similar field.

* US Citizen ship with ability to receive a secret clearance.

* Prior experience with program financial management, budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis and financial modeling for a Government Contractor.

* Strong analytical skills, the ability to work independently and effectively handle and complete multiple tasks.

* Experience with CostPoint, Hyperion, Cognos.

* Advanced Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word skills.

* Strong oral and written communication skills.

* Understanding of the Federal Acquisition Regulation's (the FAR) and Cost Accounting Standards (CAS) Desired: * TS Security Clearance * Master's Degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration or similar field.

* 15 years of experience in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration or similar field.

Pay Range: There are a host of factors that can influence final salary including, but not limited to, geographic location, Federal Government contract labor categories and contract wage rates, relevant prior work experience, specific skills and competencies, education, and certifications.

The proposed salary range for this position is: $109,800 - $241,600 CACI is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
