The Role

We are urgently seeking talented Program Integrators / Schedulers to support critical national security missions. In this role, you will be responsible for planning, scheduling, and asset tasking to optimize mission execution. Key duties include providing strong financial and program management support, such as budget tracking, resource allocation, and developing essential program documentation (e.g., SOWs, PMPs, schedules). You will also perform detailed data analysis and reporting, track contract performance and staffing, and assist with high-level presentations.

What You'll Bring

- BS and 4 to 20 years of experience certification. Additional experience or a PMP may substitute for a degrees.

- Ability to provide technical solutions to complex mission management challenges and adapt to evolving needs.

- Strong collaboration skills for effective engagement with multiple on-site and off-site customers.

- Experience supporting mission operations through planning, scheduling, and tasking of mission assets.

- Proficiency in developing detailed procedures for system collection, execution, and performance optimization.

- Proven ability to create optimized schedules to ensure effective mission execution.

For senior levels (Level 3):

- Experience with financial and summary reports, resource allocation, contract reviews, program documentation development (TTOs, SOWs, PMPs, Risk Management Plans, program schedules), and utilizing program management tools (e.g., Plan-It, MS Excel for data analysis including pivot tables).

Clearance Requirements

TS/SCI with FS Polygraph (no clearance upgrades or CCAs).
