Position Highlights:
Pay: Earn between $0.59 and $0.65 per mile
Route: Transport reefer freight from Missouri to Wisconsin, Illinois, Iowa, and Ohio, with no-touch freight. Occasional dry van loads may also be included.
Schedule: Enjoy weekends at home from Friday afternoon/evening through Sunday evening. Night driving is required, so candidates must be comfortable with nighttime driving.
Sign-On Bonus: A $2,000 sign-on bonus is available, distributed as follows: $750 after the first week, $750 after the second week, and $500 after six months.
Benefits: Health insurance options include company-paid insurance or additional pay for opting out. A comprehensive benefits package is offered, including medical, PTO, and 401K (after 90 days).
Rider Policy: Eligible to bring an immediate family member (10 years or older) after 90 days.
Equipment: Operate a modern fleet of Mack Anthems and Pinnacles (12-speed automatics) with no driver-facing cameras. Some trucks are equipped with APUs, and newer models feature Webasto heaters. Idling is permitted for cooling.
Take the Truck Home: Must park in a secure location (not at a truck stop) with the tractor and trailer together.
Driver Requirements:
Experience: Minimum of 6 months of Class A OTR or Regional Reefer/Dry Van experience within the last year.
Driving Record: No more than 2 moving violations in the past three years (no major violations). No more than 2 DOT preventable accidents in the past three years (no injuries, rear-end collisions, jackknifes, or rollovers). No speeding tickets over 20 MPH with other violations in the same period.
Employment History: Must have no more than 3 jobs in the past year or 6 jobs in the past 3 years.
Criminal History: No felonies in the past 7 years or misdemeanors in the past 3 years. Must be off probation/parole for 5 years (felony) or 3 years (misdemeanor).
