Job Description

The Project Manager is a key operational leader responsible for overseeing the day-to-day performance and service delivery across multiple client sites. This role ensures that operations are running smoothly, staff are well-managed, quality standards are met, and client relationships are maintained with a high level of satisfaction. The Project Manager will lead a team of site supervisors and frontline employees, focusing on accountability, consistency, and customer service excellence.

Salary Range: $65,000 - $70,000

Hours: Need to be available 8AM – 4PM for onsite work and 1-3x per week available for PM shifts as well (maybe 4pm – 10pm)

Key Responsibilities:

Site Oversight: Manage and support a portfolio of assigned locations, ensuring compliance with service contracts, operational policies, and safety standards.

Staff Supervision & Accountability: Supervise site leads, supervisors, and frontline teams. Provide coaching, conduct site visits, and support onboarding, scheduling, performance management, and staff accountability, including setting clear expectations, monitoring compliance with policies and procedures, addressing performance issues promptly, and fostering a culture of ownership and responsibility.

Client Relations: Build strong relationships with site-level client contacts. Conduct routine check-ins, address concerns promptly, and ensure high client satisfaction.

Quality Control: Conduct inspections, audits, and follow-ups to ensure cleanliness, security, and facility standards are met or exceeded.

Scheduling & Coverage: Monitor schedules, respond to call-outs, and adjust staffing as needed to maintain full coverage and operational efficiency.

Incident Response: Investigate complaints, service disruptions, or employee incidents in a timely and professional manner, escalating when necessary.

Training & Development: Support training and retraining efforts for staff. Ensure compliance with safety practices, site protocols, and company policies.

Reporting: Track key operational data, submit incident and inspection reports, and maintain accurate documentation for each site.

Payroll & Timesheets: Oversee timekeeping accuracy and support timely approval of staff timesheets. Address discrepancies as needed.

Qualifications:

3+ years of experience in multi-site operations, facility management, janitorial, security, hospitality, or education support services.

Strong leadership and team management experience with the ability to coach and hold staff accountable.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities; able to manage multiple priorities under pressure.

Comfortable using technology, including timekeeping systems, inspection apps, and MS Office/Google Workspace.

Must be flexible with hours, including evenings and weekends as needed.

Bilingual (English/Spanish) is MANADTORY

Physical Demands: Stand, walk, or sit alternately, depending on specific daily demands. Infrequent lifting and/or carrying of bulk supplies weighing up to 25+ pounds (with assistance as necessary). Up to 25% of the time may have to perform the following physical activities: bend/stoop/squat: crawl: climb stairs/ladder: kneel” push or pull: twists torso: reach above shoulder level. Talking. Expressing or exchanging ideas using the spoken word. Those activities in which they must convey detailed or important spoken instructions to other workers accurately, loudly, or quickly. The worker is required to have visual acuity to determine the accuracy, neatness, and thoroughness of the work assigned or to make general observations of facilities or structures. The employee may be subjected to long periods of sitting, typing, or looking at a computer screen.

Environmental Conditions: The worker is subject to both environmental conditions. Activities occur inside and outside.

Mental Demands: There are several deadlines associated with this position, which may cause significant stress.
