Job Title- Patient Service Representative

Location- (Remote) WI MI

Pay Rate- $19.00/hr. on w2.

Duties

Responsible for triaging inbound calls from healthcare providers while ensuring a high level of customer service.

Assisting Health Plan Customers with inquiries regarding; Member benefits and eligibility, claim status verification, and assisting with questions related to health plan claim processing requirements.

Maintain accurate documentation of customer contact, communicate effectively with customers, maintain confidentiality, and maintain good working relationship with co-workers.

Standard computer programs used in the department: Epic.

Required skills and minimum years of experience:

A High School diploma with some college level course work preferred.

Minimum of 2 years of experience in customer service required.

Strong background in Call Center, Medical, Insurance preferred.Company Description
