Job Description

Staff Force is looking for an experienced Maintenance Tech for Westside client!

**MUST HAVE MECHANICAL/ELECTRICAL EXPERIENCE and be HANDS ON

Preventive Maintenance - develop and implement

Strong knowledge in Electromechanics and commercial electrical installations

Schedule and complete preventative maintenance procedures to ensure all equipment running smoothly

Replace parts as needed to maintain equipment functionality and efficiency

Assure safety standards are used which comply with all company, local, city, state and federal guidelines

Monitor and maintain grounds and building systems

May be required to operate equipment and may be required to be equipment certified

Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical issues with equipment to identify root causes and implement corrective actions

***ASSOCIATE'S DEGREE/VOCATIONAL TRAINING PREFERRED***
