Outbound Sales Representative - Remote after 90 days
Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Telephone Sales Representative to join our dynamic sales team. In this role, you will focus on high-volume outbound calling with leads provided to you—no cold prospecting or lead generation required. While the leads may not be fully qualified or inbound, they are sourced by our marketing and engagement teams and have shown some prior interest or contact with our brand.
Your goal is to engage quickly, deliver a compelling pitch, handle objections, and close the sale in one call. This role is perfect for confident closers who thrive in a fast-paced, metrics-driven environment.
Please note: This position is required to be on-site in our Boca Raton, Florida office for the first 90 days for onboarding and training. After 90 days and based on performance, you may become eligible to work remotely.
Key Responsibilities
Outbound Sales (80%): Make a high volume of outbound calls daily to assigned leads with the goal of a one-call close.
Lead Engagement: Contact leads that have had prior touchpoints with the company (not cold calls), but may still require a strong opener and clear sales presentation.
Sales Execution: Present product/service offerings persuasively, handle objections, and secure a commitment on the first call.
Follow-Up (as needed): In cases where a second touch is needed, schedule and execute brief follow-ups to finalize the sale.
CRM Management: Accurately track all call activity, outcomes, and customer information in the CRM system.
Performance Reporting: Monitor and report on daily, weekly, and monthly sales performance metrics.
Team Collaboration: Provide feedback on lead quality and share successful tactics with peers and leadership.
Qualifications
1+ year of proven success in outbound or phone-based sales
Experience with one-call closes strongly preferred
Strong communication, persuasion, and negotiation skills
Resilient, competitive, and goal-driven personality
Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
Proficiency with CRM software and sales tools
Must reside in South Florida and meet technical requirements listed below

Compensation
Our compensation structure is designed so Sales Reps have endless earning potential — we do not cap commissions!
Hourly base pay plus aggressive commission plan, bonuses, and spiffs
Average weekly commissions: $700
Average annual earnings: $70,000
Top performers earn $100,000+ annually
Base pay and commissions paid weekly
Schedule
We operate Monday through Saturday, 8:00 AM – 8:00 PM EST
You will work 40 hours per week (overtime may be available)
Two Saturday shifts required per month
