About the Role

The Process Engineer II will play a key role in enhancing manufacturing operations through technical leadership, data-driven problem solving, and cross-functional collaboration. This position supports both day-to-day production and long-term process innovation.

Key Responsibilities

Provide engineering-level support to manufacturing operations, with a focus on safety, quality, and efficiency.

Lead and support projects related to cost reduction, process optimization, and new product integration.

Analyze process data, identify trends, and implement improvements using statistical tools.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate new technologies and ensure smooth process transfers.

Develop systems to monitor equipment and process performance and proactively address issues.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Master's preferred).

Minimum 2 years of experience in a manufacturing environment.

Strong analytical and statistical skills; proficiency in Excel, Access, and Minitab (or equivalent).

Demonstrated ability to apply scientific methods and engineering principles to solve complex problems.

Excellent communication and presentation skills.

Preferred Experience

Six Sigma Green Belt or Black Belt certification.

Project management experience.

Familiarity with manufacturing cost accounting.
