Job Summary:
This role supports the expanding services of Print & Mail clients by providing application-level production support. The candidate will also act as an administrator to assist in migrating clients to a new eCommerce platform. This position is best suited for someone with strong enterprise application support experience, familiarity with scripting languages, and the ability to work in a service-oriented and collaborative environment.
Job Responsibilities:
Provide day-to-day application and production support for Print & Mail services
Assist clients with the migration process to a new eCommerce platform
Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to enterprise application performance and functionality
Utilize ticketing systems (e.g., ServiceNow) for tracking incidents, requests, and resolutions
Support automation and scripting tasks using tools like Bash, PowerShell, Python, or JavaScript
Communicate clearly with clients and internal teams to gather requirements and provide status updates
Collaborate with infrastructure teams when necessary (networking, AD, etc.), although this is not the core focus
Maintain documentation related to issue resolution, system configurations, and support procedures
Required Skills:
Experience supporting enterprise software applications
Proficiency in scripting languages such as PowerShell, Bash, JavaScript, or Python
Hands-on experience with ticketing systems like ServiceNow
Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
Ability to manage and prioritize multiple task
Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills
Ability to present concepts and follow through on implementation
Preferred Skills:
Knowledge of networking and Active Directory (beneficial but not the primary focus)
Prior experience in eCommerce platform migration
Exposure to Print & Mail or office imaging products
Certifications:

Education:
Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience
