Job description:

Our growing Minneapolis office has an opportunity for a Litigation Attorney - Of Counsel/Partner with a minimum of five years of litigation and trial experience. This position offers the flexibility for remote, hybrid, or in-person work.

Skills and Educational Requirements:

JD with excellent academic credentials

Minimum of five years of experience handling complex litigation

Construction law experience is preferred but not required

First-chair trial experience a plus

Experience with both state and federal court proceedings

Demonstrated interest in firm leadership

Ability to supervise business professionals remotely

Minnesota Bar admission in good standing is required

Compensation & Benefits:

Base salary range for this position is $150,000 - $200,000, commensurate with experience and book of business
