IT Process Analysis Engineer
Reports To: IT Manager

Primary Function:
This role is responsible for identifying and eliminating process inefficiencies and contributing to the continuous improvement of production systems. This role works cross-functionally to support production optimization, ensure quality standards, and improve cost-effectiveness by designing, evaluating, and implementing process enhancements.
Duties and Responsibilities
Analyze production line processes to identify areas for improvement and recommend changes.
Collaborate with engineering and operations teams to implement new processes and evaluate effectiveness.
Develop and track metrics related to productivity, quality, and efficiency.
Conduct root cause analysis for production issues and implement corrective actions.
Document workflows, procedures, and best practices for knowledge sharing.
Support cross-functional projects aimed at improving throughput, reducing waste, and enhancing product quality.
Evaluate automation opportunities and support technology adoption initiatives.
Provide technical support to production and quality teams as needed.
Ensure compliance with safety, regulatory, and operational standards.
Perform other duties as requested or assigned.
Required Education
Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
Required Experience
3–5 years of experience in process engineering, production analysis, or a related function in a manufacturing environment.
