IT Assistant

A leading company in Riyadh specializing in Foods and Consumer Products is seeking a dedicated and experienced IT Assistant Technical Manager to support the planning, implementation, and maintenance of our IT infrastructure.

The ideal candidate will possess strong technical knowledge, leadership qualities, and the ability to manage IT operations across multiple branches effectively.

Main Job Duties Supervise and support daily IT operations across all company locations.

Monitor and maintain networks, servers, CCTV systems, biometric devices (e.g., iFace), and IT hardware.

Coordinate the installation, configuration, and troubleshooting of IT systems and services (e.g., FortiGate, Windows Server, Office 365). Manage IT-related projects, including vendor coordination and branch site implementations.

Oversee asset management, inventory control, and technical documentation.

Provide Level 2/3 support and escalate critical issues as needed.

Assist in developing IT policies, security protocols, and disaster recovery strategies.

Train, support, and mentor junior IT support staff.

Required Skills & Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.

3–6 years of hands-on experience, including 1–2 years in a supervisory or assistant managerial role.

Proficient in: Networking (LAN/WAN, DNS, DHCP, VPN, Firewall) Windows Server and Active Directory Endpoint protection and data security Office 365, remote desktop tools, and cloud environments IT infrastructure setup: Wi-Fi, CCTV, biometrics, etc.

Strong communication, team leadership, and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Certifications Microsoft Certified: Azure Administrator Associate CompTIA Network+ / Security+ Cisco CCNA / CCNP ITIL Foundation Please send your resume/CV
