Electrical Engineer

Assist clients in the design of IC chips. Perform physical implementation of full chip and block level designs with multi-voltage starting from RTL to GDS including Synthesis, Floorplan, Powerplan, Placement. Clock Tree Synthesis, Routing with multi criteria optimization. Responsible for performing Extraction, Logical and power checks. Identify design and flow issues and provide potential solutions to resolve issues. Validation of constraints and power intent of the design. Perform sign off checks on the implemented block and fixing the violations. Travel and/or Relocation to various unanticipated locations throughout the U.S. required. The purpose of travel and/or relocation would be to work with clients on projects. The frequency of travel and/or relocation will be determined by the needs of clients. Work with the following: VLSI Design, Microfabrication, Semiconductor Fabrication.

Position requires a Master’s Degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering or related field. Three (3) months experience or academic coursework must have included: VLSI Design, Microfabrication, Semiconductor Fabrication. Travel and/or Relocation to various unanticipated locations throughout the U.S. required. The purpose of travel and/or relocation would be to work with clients on projects. The frequency of travel and/or relocation will be determined by the needs of clients.
