Schedule: 4 weeks per month, 4pm-1am

Job Setting: Remote

Procedures: All modalities except mammo, body trained

Credentialing: 90 days, temp privs availableMinimum Requirements for Consideration

Board Certified/ Board Eligible: Board Certified

Certifications: Telehealth experience

Licensure: Active Texas but willing to consider candidates interested in obtaining a license.
