Sprezzatura is seeking a highly skilled and motivated
Low-Code/No-Code Full Stack Developer
to report to our Technical Delivery Manager and join our Solutions DeliveryTeam. This unique position will serve as the primary technician behind the end-to-end development of a software development project that has the potential to impact thousands of users. They will be involved in the selection of the technology stack and the design of the application.
The ideal candidate will have
significant hands-on experience
with full-stack development working with a variety of low-code, no-code platforms; a strong knowledge of UX/UI principles;
data architecture; and exposure (or experience) working with AI tools. They are expected to possess a high attention to detail, can work independently and cross-functionally across teams, and be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Software Development Expertise:Leverage experience in software development to contribute to the technical execution and review of project components.
Data Architecture Expertise: Contribute to architecture decisions to ensure data flow aligns to executive priorities and support roll up dashboarding.
Backlog Prioritization: Support prioritization and backlog decisions based on strategic roadmap that is provided by leadership and sprint goals.
Qualifications:
5+ years of experience in software development or related technical roles.
Experience using Low-Code, No Code platforms for full-stack development such as (but not limited to): Appian, ServiceNow, PowerApps.
Solid understanding or hands-on experience leveraging AI tools for development.
Knowledge of UX/UI design principles and best practices.
Ability to prioritize, manage competing demands, and work under pressure.
Experience working in a start-up environment is preferred.
