Job Summary:

We are looking for a reliable and motivated Insert Press Operator to join our manufacturing team. This position is responsible for installing hardware into sheet metal parts using an insert press machine. No prior experience is required—we will train the right person who demonstrates a strong work ethic and attention to detail.Key Responsibilities:

Operate insert press machines to install hardware into sheet metal components.

Set up machines according to work instructions and part specifications.

Perform basic quality checks using squares, go/no-go gauges, and checklists.

Maintain a clean and organized work area.

Follow safety procedures and company policies at all times.Qualifications:

No prior experience necessary; training will be provided.

Ability to read and interpret blueprints is required.

Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.

Must be able to stand, walk, reach, and bend throughout the workday.

Strong attention to detail and a willingness to learn.
