Corporate Associate/Counsel – Mergers & Acquisitions (Los Angeles or Hybrid )

We’re on the lookout for a Corporate Associate/Counsel (5–8 years) to join our high-performing team of legal strategists. You’ll work closely with seasoned partners and innovative clients across industries to handle exciting mergers, acquisitions, joint ventures, and more. Think fast-paced, big-ticket deals—with a healthy dose of collaboration, mentorship, and good vibes.What You’ll Be Doing

Leading and supporting mergers, acquisitions, joint ventures, and corporate restructurings

Drafting and negotiating purchase agreements, operating/shareholder agreements, term sheets, and more

Advising clients through all stages of the deal cycle—from LOI to closing and beyond

Providing strategic guidance on corporate governance and securities compliance

Collaborating cross-functionally with internal teams, clients, and counterpartiesWhat We’re Looking For ️

5–8 years of law firm experience in M&A, corporate, or transactional law

Strong knowledge of deal structure, diligence, and documentation

Bonus points for experience in private equity or venture-backed transactions (but not required!)

Exceptional drafting, analytical, and communication skills

Detail-obsessed and highly organized

Comfortable juggling multiple projects and timelines without missing a beat
