Your future role

Take on a new challenge and apply your extensive field engineering expertise in a new cutting-edge field. You’ll work alongside dedicated and solution-driven teammates.

You'll provide leadership in troubleshooting and resolving technical/quality issues, enhancing customer satisfaction and product performance. Day-to-day, you’ll work closely with teams across the business (Product Introduction Management, Quality, Engineering), support technical activities, and much more.

You’ll specifically take care of diagnosing operational equipment malfunctions, providing technical guidance, and ensuring effective failure management, but also driving reliability growth and supporting field modifications.

We’ll look to you for:

Supporting technical activities during Product Introduction (PI) and Commissioning phases

Diagnosing and troubleshooting equipment malfunctions and failures

Providing technical guidance and support to technicians

Ensuring the quality of technical documentation and feedback

Driving issue resolution processes and reliability improvements

Managing as-maintained product configurations and documentation

Degree in Engineering or equivalent professional experience

Several years of technical experience in mechanical or electrical/electronic engineering

Knowledge of railway safety, reliability, availability, maintainability, and safety (RAMS) and EHS standards

Familiarity with data analytics and product knowledge

A certification in EHS, DFQ, or Quality Audit (desirable)

Strong problem-solving skills

Effective communication skills and proficiency in English
