Manager Quality

Job Description

SUMMARY: The Manager of Quality ensures that all materials, processes, and procedures meet regulatory and quality standards and promptly resolves any issues or discrepancies that may arise.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Customer Single Point of Contact

Disposition customer complaints and issue RMAs

Coordinate the completion of customer corrective actions and responses

Participate in customer audits

Manage internal quality system (ISO 9001) for all Hussey Copper locations

Ensure compliance with regulations

Lead Internal Audits process

Manage and coach corrective actions

Own Change Management process

Document management and reviews

Work with EHS to implement Integrated Management System to include Safety and Environmental

Lead continuous improvement for quality and systems functions

Implement and be process owner for new Management System Software Gensuite

Lead software implementation for multiple sites

Maintain all modules once implemented (Action tracking, incident reporting, internal and layered audits, compliance calendar, training tracker, document manager, change management

JOB QUALIFICATIONS:

Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or a related field

5+ years experience in quality management, preferably in an Industrial environment

Experience with Systems: ISO 9001, Gensuite

Experience in customer facing roles
