In this pivotal role, you'll be at the forefront of our digital growth, responsible for diving deep into marketplace data to identify trends, opportunities, and challenges. Your expertise in e-commerce research will be crucial in guiding our strategy, from competitive analysis to discovering new marketplace avenues. You'll also be instrumental in ensuring our products shine online by optimizing listings with powerful SEO techniques and collaborating with our design team to create engaging visual content.
What You'll Do:
Performance & Profitability Analysis: Analyze digital sales, conversion rates, and user behavior across platforms. Track product-level profitability and optimize the customer funnel.
Market & Competitor Insights: Conduct in-depth competitive research, providing intelligence to guide pricing, promotions, and product positioning. Identify new marketplace opportunities.
Marketplace Optimization & Content Management:
Optimize product listings on Amazon Vendor/Seller Central using advanced SEO tools and keyword data.
Ensure accurate and seamless New Item Setup (NIS) for product onboarding.
Enhance product content and visuals with relevant keywords, spec sheets, and Salsify data, collaborating with design to drive compelling imaging and video generation strategies.
Monitor and improve Account Health metrics and manage product reviews.
Campaign & Collaboration Support: Partner with marketing and digital teams to assess campaign effectiveness and recommend enhancements to boost customer satisfaction and sales.
What You'll Bring:
1-2 years of experience with Amazon Vendor Central and/or Amazon Seller Central.
Bachelor's degree in E-commerce, Business, Digital Marketing, or equivalent E-commerce experience.
Strong understanding of AI applications within e-commerce, especially relating to data analysis, personalization, and content optimization.
Proven experience with e-commerce research tools and methodologies.
Expertise in SEO and e-commerce content optimization.
Proficiency in Excel; familiarity with tools like Helium 10, Jungle Scout, or Salsify is a significant plus.
Exceptional analytical skills with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights.
Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple projects in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a collaborative team spirit.
Self-motivated, adaptable, and proactive.

For candidates meeting all the requirements, the expected base salary is $55,000 to $70,000 per year. The range provided is the salary that Dynarex Corporation in good faith believes at the time of this posting that it is willing to pay for the advertised position. Exact compensation will be determined based on individual candidate qualifications and experience.
