Job Description
We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Senior Accountant to join our client's growing accounting team. The ideal candidate will have 4+ years of relevant accounting experience, a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, and be CPA-eligible. This role requires a strong understanding of multi-entity operations and intercompany transactions within a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Prepare and review journal entries, account reconciliations, and monthly close processes for multiple entities
Ensure accuracy and integrity of financial records in accordance with GAAP
Manage intercompany reconciliations and eliminations
Assist in the preparation of consolidated financial statements
Analyze financial information and summarize financial status
Support internal and external audit processes
Identify process improvement opportunities and contribute to automation initiatives
Collaborate cross-functionally with operations, FP& A, and tax teams
Maintain compliance with internal controls and corporate policies
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting (required)
CPA-eligible; CPA license a strong plus
Minimum 4 years of progressive accounting experience, preferably in a multi-entity environment
Strong understanding of intercompany accounting and consolidation principles
Proficiency in ERP/accounting systems (e.g., NetSuite, SAP, Oracle)
Advanced Excel skills (e.g., pivot tables, lookups)
Excellent analytical and organizational skills
Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience in a public accounting firm or with a mid-sized to large private company
Familiarity with ASC 606 and other relevant accounting standards
Experience with process documentation and improvement initiatives
