Job Description
We are seeking a detail-oriented Accountant to support accounting operations across three different manufacturing sites. Key duties include managing accounts payable/receivable, bank and intercompany reconciliations, fixed asset records, capital expenditure reviews, and supporting compliance efforts. The role also involves processing high-volume invoices, managing customer receivables, and assisting with cash forecasting.
Key Responsibilities:
Process vendor invoices, match POs/receipts, reconcile credit card statements, and manage AP/AR aging.
Apply customer payments, monitor collections, and support cash forecasting.
Prepare accruals, journal entries, reconciliations, and assist with audits.
Track capital projects, run TOC reports, and improve accounting processes.
Provide administrative support including document filing and front desk coverage.Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or related field.
2–3 years of AP/AR experience in manufacturing preferred.
Knowledge of ERP systems, Excel (VLOOKUP, pivot tables), and GAAP.
Strong attention to detail, communication, and organizational skills.
U.S. work authorization required.Work Environment:
Office-based with occasional plant interaction, standard hours with some overtime during close periods
Pay Details: $25.00 to $30.00 per hour
