We are looking for a detail-oriented Accounting Clerk to join our team in Kent, Washington. Responsibilities:
• Manage front desk operations, including answering a limited number of daily calls and greeting visitors.
• Perform full-cycle accounts payable tasks, including processing invoices and reconciling payments.
• Assist with procurement activities such as creating purchase orders, managing inventory data, and inputting orders.
• Support accounts receivable functions by posting payments and maintaining accurate account records.
• Conduct data entry tasks related to financial transactions and inventory records.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure accurate and timely billing processes.
• Utilize Microsoft Dynamics Navision and Business Central systems for accounting and procurement activities.
• Maintain organized financial records and assist with account reconciliations as needed.
• Provide administrative support to enhance overall office efficiency.
The salary range for this position is $55k to $65k. Benefits available with this position include 100% paid medical, dental and vision to the employee; life and disability insurances; participation in the company’s 401(k) plan with 3% match and 10 days of paid vacation, 5 days of paid sick leave and 9 paid holidays per calendar year.• Associate degree in accounting or a related field, or equivalent experience; recent graduates encouraged to apply.
• Familiarity with accounts payable and accounts receivable processes; willingness to learn and be trained.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and data entry tasks.
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
• Ability to work on-site in Kent, Washington.
• Previous experience with Microsoft Dynamics Navision or Business Central is a plus.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Ability to multitask and manage responsibilities effectively.
