Sr Technology Engineer

Job Summary/Company:

This role seeks an experienced individual to bridge technology and motorsports, driving innovation and supporting various internal and external technical needs. The specialist will be crucial in both developing and implementing solutions, while also acting as a key external representative.

Responsibilities:

Collaborate with development teams to support new projects and accelerate implementation using technical expertise.

Research internal technological needs and deliver solutions by leveraging existing tools or new technologies.

Act as the primary contact for partners, ensuring contractual obligations are met, and represent the organization at external events.

Qualifications:

Strong background in vehicle dynamics and simulation development within motorsports.

10+ years of experience in high-level professional motorsports (e.g., NASCAR, IndyCar, F1).

BS or MS in Mechanical Engineering, Physics, Mathematics, or a related field, with advanced computer skills and programming experience (C#, Python, or similar).
