Responsible for receiving, understanding, and ensuring compliance with work permits. Acts as a liaison between field teams and permit issuers.
2. PTW (Permit to Work Coordinator)
Oversees the Permit to Work system, ensuring all permits are properly issued, reviewed, and closed. Coordinates safe work practices across jobsites.
3. Hole Watch
Monitors confined space entry points to ensure worker safety. Maintains communication with personnel inside and initiates rescue procedures if needed.
4. Permit Receiver
Ensures work is carried out in line with the approved permit conditions. Communicates hazards and safety requirements to the team.
5. Fire Watch
Stands by with firefighting equipment during hot work activities. Observes for signs of fire and reacts immediately in case of emergency.
6. Flagman
Directs vehicle and equipment movement near work zones to ensure safety. Uses hand signals or flags to guide traffic safely.
7. HSE Officer
Monitors and enforces health, safety, and environmental standards. Conducts inspections, training, and incident investigations.
