Role Description

This is a remote role for a CSR / Travel Agent, that will be responsible for making reservations, handling customer service inquiries, and arranging travel, including car rentals and accommodations. The Travel Agent will also provide personalized travel recommendations, create itineraries, and engage in sales activities to promote travel packages and services.

Qualifications

Experience in making Reservations and handling Travel Arrangements

Excellent Customer Service skills

Knowledge of Car Rental services and options

Proficiency in Sales techniques and strategies

Strong communication and organizational skills

Ability to work independently and remotely

Experience in the travel industry is a plus
