Manage the fulfillment and tracking of donation requests and ticket distributions for community groups, charitable donations, and benefits.

Work cross-functionally with departments across the organization-including Marketing, Youth Soccer, Partnerships, and Communications-to support Community Relations and Club-wide initiatives, ensuring alignment, consistency, and maximum impact across all outreach efforts and events.

Organize and maintain departmental data, including expense reports, program metrics, KPIs, and development agreements; regularly provide summaries and updates to the CR Director.

Coordinate internal operations including department calendars, meeting logistics, and general administrative support.

Assist in the execution of MLS-wide community initiatives and charitable efforts, ensuring alignment with league standards and Club goals.

Engage with schools, nonprofits, youth soccer organizations, and local partners to develop and maintain meaningful community partnerships and outreach programs.

Assist in managing and updating the Crew's Community Relations and Foundation webpages and social media presence, in collaboration with the Marketing and Communications teams.

Remain informed of local trends, challenges, and opportunities to help position the Crew as a trusted and responsive community partner.
