As a CRM, you’ll manage a portfolio of commercial clients and work closely with our production team to ensure exceptional service. Your role will blend communication, problem-solving, and sales to deliver real results every day. Your Key Responsibilities
Be the main point of contact for assigned clients
️ Conduct regular property walks and monthly quality inspections
Identify and present landscape enhancements to improve client properties
Address service issues quickly and coordinate resolutions with the Production Manager
Lead the onboarding process for new clients and ensure a smooth transition
Build lasting client relationships through consistent communication and follow-up
️ Model leadership in the field—assist on-site as needed and support team success What We’re Looking For
2+ years in landscaping, property management, or client services
Strong communicator who can balance professionalism and approachability
Detail-oriented, organized, and great at follow-up
Valid driver’s license (required)
Bilingual (Spanish/English) is a plus What You’ll Get
