Manifest Solutions is currently seeking an IT Help Desk Support Technician for a position in Mt. Sterling, OH.
Skills/Responsibilities
Provide superior customer service, accurately logging tickets, and effectively transitioning and escalating unresolved problems.
Troubleshoot hardware/software incidents reported in to the Service Desk
PC and laptop deployment
Familiarity with Microsoft operating systems, Apple iOS, Microsoft Office, and Microsoft desktop applications.
Strong problem-solving and logical thinking skills, able to absorb and relate to new technical concepts quickly and build on knowledge learned.
Requirements
1-2 years IT/admin experience
Office 365 management experience
Intermediate Windows OS experience (Mac/Linux is a plus)
Switching, WLAN and firewall experience
Customer Service experience
