The Opportunity:

CACI is hiring multiple Senior Business Systems Analysts to join our growing Financial Management Business Transformation (FMBT) Systems Integration (SI) Team supporting the Department of Veterans Affairs (VA). We are looking for candidates with 11-15 years’ experience in federal financial accounting and Momentum Financials implementation experience.

Applicants must have prior work experience with Momentum Financials. Responsibilities include requirements development, process flow diagrams, data analysis and validation, functional testing, and interfacing with clients to troubleshoot or research issues. We are looking for candidates with strong analytical skills and a desire to enhance those skills in a challenging, high visibility environment. Analysts will have the opportunity to learn various analysis and testing tools. Due to contract requirements, US citizenship is required.

Responsibilities:

• Lead elicitation of requirements from end-users. Establish acceptance criteria. Understand business processes and create process flow diagrams as required.

• Engage with client product owners to analyze business processes, gather requirements, and recommend technical solutions.

• Provide functional support and assist with documenting requirements, detailed design specifications, business processes, and user stories based on requirements.

• Implement the Momentum COTS financial system.

• Collaborate with other analysts to understand the organization’s business processes.

• Become an expert in Momentum and Federal financial Management business processes, and implementation best practices.

• Lead functional testing.

• Develop test scenarios and documentation and perform validation testing for requirements.

• Monitor, track, and troubleshoot application operation and data, analyzing incidents and working with the technical team to resolve issues.

• Implement quality assurance standards and processes for validation and verification efforts.

• Work with system stakeholders to capture requirements for each business process.

• May manage and mentor other more junior resources.

Qualifications:

Required:

Minimum of 11 years’ experience in federal financial accounting and Momentum Financials implementation experience.

US citizenship is required.

Bachelor’s Degree or Associates/Vocational/Technical education or equivalent work experience.

Must have the ability to pass a Tier 2 MBI background investigation.

Experience working with the Momentum Financials front-end and database.

Strong analytical and written and oral communication skills.

Ability to work both independently and with a team to solve problems.

Self-starter. Quick to learn and put new skills to use.

Ability to efficiently and effectively handle multiple and shifting priorities while meeting deadlines.

Flexibility to put in hours needed to meet tight deadlines.

Desired:

Understanding of Agile methodologies.

Ability to write and execute SQL statements.

The proposed salary range for this position is: $90,300-$189,600
