**POSITION SUMMARY:** As Republic Services takes our Digital Customer Experiences to a new level, we are looking for a Senior Manager, Digital Analytics & Insights . This customer-centric digital team is focused on driving revenue growth and customer retention.
The Senior Manager, Marketing Analytics & Insights will lead the building and execution of the analytics strategy that empowers the organization to pinpoint digital experiences, to test and optimize, and provide customer-facing teams with the data to efficiently support customer conversations.
Additionally, this role would support our broader Customer Zeal initiatives such as streamlining our response to customer service inquiries and mastering our operational data.

**PRINCIPAL RESPONSIBILITIES:** + Builds and leads team of digital marketing analysts and related development personnel who will provide day-to-day analysis to identify anomalies and opportunities across the Customer Zeal portfolio + Creates and owns process to communicate and track action identified by analysts with digital peers and stakeholders, connecting opportunities to the overall corporate strategy.
+ Leads KPI definition, reporting and analysis across the multi-year Customer Experience transformation roadmap.
+ Develops a leading omni-channel digital analytics strategy that outlines the framework and path to transform into a data-driven organization inclusive of people, processes, and technology.
+ Drives execution of digital marketing analytics strategy partnering with stakeholders and IT.
+ Creates and institutionalizes a test and experimentation culture across digital touchpoints via defined parameters based on statistical significance and an integrated technology set to efficiently create A/B and multivariate tests.
+ Proactively identifies and analyzes key drivers behind digital marketing performance and delivers insights to channel owners to optimize online user experience and performance of media spend.
+ Reviews the analytics technology stack and provides recommendations for optimization in accordance with new technology or business needs.
+ Support the Field Program Management organization (Case Management) with the development, research, and execution of key initiatives by way of historical data analysis, test results analysis, and ongoing insights.
+ Support customer data personalization initiative with shared audience definition and standards.
+ Own the unified digital customer self-service success metrics and KPIs, inclusive of environmental solutions touchpoints + Support demand generation vendor integrations of behavioral data to better target and report success in campaigns + Manage team of development resources to define technical implementation standards of new measurement protocols in line with industry advancements.
+ Performs other job-related duties as assigned or apparent.
**QUALIFICATIONS:** + 8+ years' experience evaluating, implementing and using enterprise tag management, web analytics, and/or testing technologies + Knowledge of digital marketing tactics and supporting technology stack (search, paid advertising, email, website including eCommerce, marketing automation, CRM) + Experience with data visualization tools (Tableau, SFDC, PowerBI, etc.) + Strong experience with SQL and other structured & unstructured databases and repositories + Experience in modern data architecture, inclusive of data virtualization & storage (Denodo, Snowflake, etc.) + Measurement-adjacent MarTech experience, such as session replay, testing tools, personalization engines, and other digital customer experience tools + Demonstrates strong analytical curiosity + Ability to communicate clearly and effectively across levels and functions.
+ Excellent oral and written communication skills.
**MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:** + 8 years of progressive digital marketing experience + 5 years of web analytics experience.
+ 2 years of enterprise analytics experience **ROLE HIGHLIGHTS:** + Expertise in enterprise and customer analytics.
+ Proficient in Adobe Analytics, Adobe Launch, SQL, Snowflake, and Denodo.
+ Experienced in leading teams and driving strategic initiatives.
