Requirements

We are seeking an experienced Full Stack DevOps Engineer to join a high-impact financial technology project. The ideal candidate will bring a blend of hands-on development skills, infrastructure automation experience, and deployment expertise in AWS and Azure cloud environments. This role is suited for professionals who thrive in dynamic environments and are adept at building and supporting full-stack applications from the ground up.

Key Responsibilities:

Design, build, and support scalable full-stack applications with CI/CD pipelines in cloud environments.

Develop Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using tools like Terraform, CloudFormation, or ARM templates.

Implement automation for deployment and monitoring using Jenkins, GitHub Actions, Azure DevOps, or similar tools.

Collaborate with development and infrastructure teams to ensure seamless application delivery and support.

Troubleshoot cloud-based environments and provide incident resolution for production systems.

Ensure security, compliance, and cost-efficiency in cloud operations.

Create documentation for infrastructure, automation, and deployment processes.

Required Skills & Experience:

5+ years of experience as a Full Stack Developer or DevOps Engineer in agile environments.

Strong proficiency in JavaScript/Node.js, Python, or Java for back-end services and React/Angular for front-end.

Hands-on experience with both AWS and Azure cloud platforms.

Experience implementing Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using Terraform, CloudFormation, or Bicep.

Proven experience setting up and supporting CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins, GitLab CI, or Azure DevOps.

Strong understanding of Docker, Kubernetes, and container orchestration.

Familiarity with monitoring/logging tools such as Prometheus, Grafana, ELK Stack, or Azure Monitor.

Financial services experience is a MUST HAVE – previous work in banking, insurance, or fintech preferred.

Nice to Have:

Experience with microservices architecture and serverless frameworks (e.g., AWS Lambda, Azure Functions).

Certification in AWS/Azure (e.g., AWS Certified DevOps Engineer, Azure Administrator).

Familiarity with security best practices in cloud environments (IAM, policies, encryption, etc.).

Soft Skills:

Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

Ability to work in fast-paced, high-demand environments.

Strong team collaboration and cross-functional coordination.
